Step 1: Place Your Order

Choose your custom grillz and place your order online.

After your purchase, we'll send you an impression kit (if you've selected one). Alternatively, you can purchase your own impression kit online or send us a 3D dental scan via email or WhatsApp.

Step 2: Complete Your Dental Impression

If you ordered an impression kit, simply scan the QR code on the back of the kit or use the provided link to watch our step-by-step instructional video. Follow the guide to create your dental impression.

If you're sending a 3D dental scan, you can skip this step. We highly recommend 3D scans because they are faster, more accurate, and more convenient than traditional impressions.

Step 3: Send Your Impression Back

Once you've completed your dental impression, send it back to our studio using the provided return instructions.

Delivery to our studio typically takes around one week, depending on your location.

Step 4: We Create Your Grillz

As soon as we receive your impression or 3D dental scan, we'll contact you to confirm your design details, including:

• Grillz style

• Material selection

• Which teeth you'd like covered

Production typically takes 15–20 business days, depending on the complexity and level of customization.

Once your grillz have passed our quality inspection, we'll carefully package and ship them directly to you. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

When your grillz arrive, simply clip them onto your teeth and enjoy your brand-new custom smile!

Reordering Grillz

If you've ordered from JewelHitt before, we may be able to reuse your existing dental mold or 3D scan.

Please contact us at info@jewelhitt.com before placing a new order so we can confirm whether your previous mold is still on file.
